Dear neighbor,
We started PolicyNest because we were tired of watching good people get handed policies they could not read and bills they could not predict. Insurance had quietly become something that happened to you instead of something that worked for you. We wanted to build the opposite, so here is what we promise.
We work for you, not a carrier. We are independent, which means no single company signs our paychecks or tells us what to recommend. We shop more than twenty carriers and bring you the one that actually fits, not the one running the best sales contest that quarter.
We speak plain English, every time. If a clause matters, we will explain it in words you can use at your kitchen table. If it does not matter, we will tell you that too. You should never have to nod along to something you do not understand.
We are local, and we are here for the long haul. We live in this metro, our kids go to school here, and we plan to be answering this phone for a very long time. When a storm rolls through Johnson County, we are not a call center three time zones away. We are down the street.
And we would rather teach than sell. We built a library and a dictionary because an informed client is the best thing that can happen to an honest broker. The more you understand, the sharper the questions you ask, and the better we both sleep.
